Why can't I send e-mails?
Following the two most frequent causes with the appropriate solutions are described:
Error message "553..." (Sorry, that domain isn't in my cunning OF allowed rcpthosts)
The cause for this is a missing configuration to the Authorizing with the smtp server
(Outgoing Mail) in your Mail program. To protect the servers against abuses by external
Spam, it entitled only users to send Mails. This Authorizing guarantees the server by
two possible variants:

a) Variant for most Outlook versions: Their Mail program authorizing itself with the server
via smtp. In addition you must configure your Mail program - similar to the receiving of
Mails via POP3 -.

b) The Mail program supports the function to receive before sending Mail arrived again.
The Authorizing on the occasion of the receiving applies then to 30 minutes also to
following sending.

Error message "rblsmtpd..." The cause for this is that by the entrance Provider dynamically
assigned the IP address (due to the abuse one recently before you under this address of
functioning user of the same Providers) is registered in one the RBLs/Blacklists used by us.
Therefore the Mailserver refuses to dispatch from this appropriate IP address. Another IP
address should be assigned by restarting your modem and/or Routers, so that mail can be
sent. Independently of the error message you can use the smtp server from your entrance
Providers for the sending Mail which does not have influence on the
Mail or the announcement
of your Mail addresses with sent messages. When using Webmail none of these messages will
apply.  (http://webmail.yourdomain.co.za)
